Shipping & returns

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

Our ultimate goal is to please you, the customer and offer you an enjoyable shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition as shipped within 30 days of the date of shipment. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials inserts and manuals. Item that are used cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

Toners and cartridges cannot be returned once they have been opened, unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if the error was ours. If your items qualified for Free Shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs incurred by Triplenetpricing will be deducted from your refund

Refused packages will be refunded less the shipping expenses

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement

Exchanges for a different item other then the one originally purchased will be handled as a new order, subject to additional shipping and handling charges

If your item is defective within the 30 days, you may send it back for a replacement or a refund

Please note: All our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise

The complete warranty is included with the product

The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth

Return Procedures

The product should be shipped back to us in a shipping box, with enough packing material to prevent damage during shipping.
